DELIVERY
What is the delivery time for an order?
All items for sale at Rétronome are ready to ship. The order is sent within 48 to 72 hours and the delivery time is on average 2 to 3 days for France, i.e. receipt within 5 to 6 working days.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the weight of the package, the chosen carrier and its destination.
We offer shipments via the Post by registered letter and colissimo.

Can I combine the delivery of several orders?
If you want to combine the sending of several reconciled orders to save shipping costs, it is absolutely possible! Simply write to us at bonjour@retronome.fr.
RETURNS
Is it possible to return items?
At Retronome you can shop with peace of mind and try on your items at home. If an item does not suit you, it can be returned within 14 days from the date of receipt of the package. The postmark is proof of the delivery date.
How does it work?
Write to us before the end of the return period at bonjour@retronome.fr, mentioning the number of your parcel and the items you wish to return. We will then give you the procedure to follow to return your item.
Any request for return after the deadline cannot be considered.
How long does it take to get my money back?
You will be refunded as soon as we receive and check the item.
You will then receive an email to notify you of the refund.
It may take a few days before you receive the balance in your bank account, this is simply a processing time for your bank.
How much does a return cost?
The cost of the return is the responsibility of the buyer and will be notified to you when you request the return.
